The festive season is fast approaching and there are so many events/things that take up most of our time.
I am not sure if this would work out in the long term for each month, but I intend to have a theme for the next 5 weeks. The Christmas season comes with a lot of fun, pomp, pageantry, excitement etc (these are good and lovely), but it also comes with loneliness, dealing with broken relationship, emotional traumas, sadness etc.

We’ve come across people; or we could be guilty  of making statements such as I’m stressed, I’m going through so much stress, I’m stressed out, there’s so much work, family, career stress……
I fall into this category at times, but the fact is ‘stress exists !!!.’ One school of thought believes it’s a way of life, the other believes it’s absolutely unnecessary.
