I intended to take a break from blogging on relationships for a while, but I couldn’t resist the temptation after listening to one of my favourite radio presenters James O’Brien (LBC 97.3fm) on Friday, discussing how eating at the dining table with your spouse, partner, children, friends… builds healthy relationships.
Many callers to the show said eating at the dining table together promotes healthy conversations, increases bonding, improves concentration etc.

The aim of this post is to shed some light in the dark areas of your life and offer suggestions on overcoming inferiority complex.
The founder of Individual Psychology, Alfred Adler describes inferiority complex as a feeling of low self worth. It is associated mainly with insecure feelings, discouragement, low self esteem, envy……..
There are several causes of inferiority complex such as:
Feelings of Rejection
Physical Appearance
Physical or Mental Limitations
Parental Attitude or Behavior in your upbringing
Unnecessary comparisons with the achievements of others
Self Pity.
Low Self Confidence/Self Esteem.
Failure
