You can dispense with everything but the first tip. Be yourself. Truth be told, all anyone needs to do is figure out how to become the authentic Human Being they're meant to be. Everything else on your fabulous list comes naturally. Empathy, caring, giving, listening, being considerate....the list goes on....all follows from authenticity. And how does one become authentic?
