About
Hello and Welcome to my blog ’Discovering Purpose’.
My name is Ayo.
I work as a data analyst for a telecommunications/utilities firm and as a mentor for Potential Mentoring.
I ‘m happily married with two lovely children.
In a nutshell, this blog was set up to promote and increase your level of self awareness/discovery. It also attempts to break down into simple units, nuggets for daily living.
I’m an accredited professional member MNCS (Acc) of the National Counselling Society UK and has been involved in the practice of Coaching and Mentoring for over 7 years; running various programmes/sessions with individuals, youth groups, support groups and charities.
I completed a Postgraduate Level Life Coaching programme with the foremost UK Life Coach, Charles Bentley PHD to qualify as an Accredited Unitive Life Coach and also has a first degree in Chemistry(BSc), a Certificate in Counselling from the Institute of Counselling and a University Diploma in Psychotherapeutics from the University of Derby.
I am currently studying for a Post Graduate Certificate in Personal and Professional Development (University of East London) with a view to carrying out further research on completion.
My formal training, personal experience and interaction with various people provides a strong foundation for my approach to coaching and mentoring.
