The festive season is fast approaching and there are so many events/things that take up most of our time.
I am not sure if this would work out in the long term for each month, but I intend to have a theme for the next 5 weeks. The Christmas season comes with a lot of fun, pomp, pageantry, excitement etc (these are good and lovely), but it also comes with loneliness, dealing with broken relationship, emotional traumas, sadness etc.
Jeremy Payne of the Samaritans once said, “For some people the bright lights of Christmas can actually emphasize any problems they may have. Seeing everyone else apparently having fun all around them can be really tough, especially if they are on their own, or even if they are with family and friends.”
As a result, this blog will devote the next 5 weeks to DISCUSSING POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE RELATIONSHIPS. It will highlight several ways to build, sustain, promote and manage relationships. It will also focus on ways to deal with hurtful relationships, recover from broken relationships, grief, traumas etc. It will also look at ways to establish friendship, build family values, understand various body language signs in a relationship etc. To summarize it in a sentence, THIS SEASON WILL BE AWESOME!!!
Several topics will contain information from personal experience, studies and research. It will be fun sharing my thoughts on the issues of life bordering on relationships and as I mentioned earlier I am not sure if the upcoming months will be contain themes but we will see how it goes.
It would be great to have your feedback, questions, suggestions relating to this post or a topic centered on relationships you would want me to write on.
I also want to take this opportunity to thank all the readers and subscribers to this blog. It’s really encouraging to know people read the contents of the blog. Remember to tell your friends, family colleagues about it.
I look forward to working very hard to fulfill these goals for the next 5 weeks.
